Air Force to start full scale production of micro air vehicle

The U.S Airforce has given a green signal for full production of the AEROVIRONMENT backpack-sized Wasp III micro air vehicle will soon to be a standard inventory for combat controllers and USAF special ops. U.S. Marine Corps have already placed a large order, of Wasp III

It weighs just a pound with 29-inch wingspan and capable of lifting heavy loads in addition to its IR cameras it can also stream video directly to ground control. tr operates in GSM technology and can be controlled automatically. The Wasp III can survey enemy targets from 5 Kms away and it gives a great tactical advantage to the side using this technology.("KNOW YOUR ENEMY"i would say)

Advantage

It can be manually controlled too

Its cheaper than its other counterparts

Its light and can be launched practically anywhere

No special launch pad is needed even our hands are enough to launch it
