BAD NEWS FOR CELL PHONE BUYERS IN INDIA:MOBILE HANDSETS TO COST MORE


The mobile phone buyers would have to spend more money to buy their new handsets, thanks to the new government’s rule. According to the new proposed rule the customer will be paying an extra 1% excise duty (Clever move made by the government when the cell phone sales are at their pinnacle)
Nokia and L.G have reacted quickly by voicing out the implications of this new Tax, felt that prices of the Mobiles would go up marginally.
